What Mesa Businesses Look for in IT Support

IT support that works around production schedules and shift changes

Help That Keeps the Shift Moving

When a machine or an ERP screen holds up a shift, you need someone who already knows the floor. Our technicians work it remotely first, and on-site visits are available when an issue can't be solved remotely.

A Team That Knows Your Shop Floor

The same team learns your shop floor, office systems, and vendors, so a call about the label printer on line two doesn't start from scratch.

Quotes Before Equipment and Projects

Standard support is a monthly rate tied to your users, devices, and locations. Equipment and projects outside scope are quoted first, so you know the cost before we start.

24/7 Monitoring for Every Shift

Plants that run second and third shifts need eyes on the network after hours. Our 24/7 monitoring watches plant networks and servers around the clock and flags problems as they come up.

Locked-Down Vendor Access

Our security toolset includes Huntress managed detection and response and IronScales email security, backed by 24/7 threat monitoring. For manufacturers, we also lock down vendor remote access to shop-floor systems.

Planning for New Lines and Buildings

Plan for new lines, new hires, or a second building, including custom software when a packaged tool doesn't match how your plant works.

From a Mesa Service Call to Your First Month

A recent job at a Mesa clinic, and how we onboard a business with both office and floor staff. We don't name the client.

Case study: getting a Mesa clinic's back office back online

A healthcare provider with clinics across the Valley asked us to look at a printer at its Mesa clinic that had been offline for a while. The printer turned out to be the last of several problems. Wi-Fi didn't reach the back office, and when we checked, two of the clinic's three wireless access points had been offline since the day another organization moved into the space. The internet provider had also installed a new modem in the wrong room.

We traced the coverage gap, lined up pricing for a new cable run, and kept after it until the line was in. Most issues are solved remotely, but this one needed a technician on site. He traced the printer to a bad cable, put a workaround in place, and came back to replace it. Our team then set the printer up to install itself on staff computers and cleared the retired printers off every machine. A test print from staff closed it out.

How We Onboard a Plant and Its Offices

Plants and multi-site offices have computers in places the last provider may have forgotten, so counting them is part of the job.

  1. Set up ahead. We create your company's records in our ticketing, documentation, monitoring, and security systems before anyone visits.
  2. Backups verified. Hourly backups are set up, and a completed, checked first backup is the finish line.
  3. Documentation reviewed. We collect what exists from your previous provider and staff and confirm the logins ourselves.
  4. Office and floor. On site, we remove old tools and install monitoring and security on each computer, including shop-floor and shared shift machines, then match the count to your asset list.
  5. After go-live. We close the previous provider's access, send staff a welcome email with how to reach support, and review Microsoft 365 and email security.

What we'll need from you: A Global Admin for your Microsoft 365 approves our partner access, and we'll ask which production or line-of-business software matters most so monitoring covers it.
